Intent

To make students aware of different cultures and encourage them to become responsible global citizens who can contribute to society.
Become successful learners who enjoy learning, make progress and achieve.
Understand and respond to spoken and written language from a variety of authentic sources.
Encourage students to explore the differences between other languages and English and learn how language can be manipulated and applied in different ways.
Speak with increasing confidence, fluency and spontaneity. Showing accuracy of their pronunciation and intonation.
