Sixth Form Curriculum

We offer a diverse, flexible and innovative curriculum for our Sixth Form students.

There is a wide variety of Level Three courses available for suitable candidates to follow. The examining bodies are all equally valued by universities and subjects are delivered by specialist teachers in dedicated classrooms. Combinations of subjects are made as flexible as possible which is enhanced by our twilight teaching programme. Teaching is highly effective, encourages student engagement through the use of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and promotes a collaborative approach to personal success.

Our aim is to embed essential skills to enable our Sixth Form students to become confident, self-motivated, lifelong learners who are fully equipped for higher education and employment.

We will make decisions regarding the viability of subject class sizes in the period following 23rd January 2026 (application form submission deadline). Students will be kept informed of the resulting outcomes. Any request to change an initial selection needs to be confirmed in writing with Mrs Strain before October half term 2026.
